A Note From Gordon...

The primary areas of my counseling have been relationships, self issues, all types of depression and anxiety, and sexual abuse/trauma. Therefore, these are also continuing areas of study and research for me. In order to stay current in the various fields, I recently concluded 2 Masters level courses in Neuropsychology and have earned licensure in hypnotherapy. Though much of my doctorate was in neuropsychology, so much has been discovered in past years I feel it is incumbant on all in this field to be up to date on the cutting edge of research and knowledge. 

I am blessed to office with 3 incredible psychiatrists, 2 wonderful child therapists, and 2 highly skilled masters level therapists.  I also work with a number of other psychiatrists and M.D.'s in The Woodlands and Houston should their services be needed.

Educational Background:

Gordon received his Bachelors Degree from Baylor University; his Masters in Counseling & Marriage & Family Therapy from Southwestern Seminary; and his Doctorate from The University of Oxford, Oxford, England in Experiential Psychology & Neuropsychology.  Gordon is a Chartered Counseling Psychologist through the British Psychological Society.
